This milestone is a powerful reflection of what can happen when the community shows up with purpose. For the past 25 years, Obsidian Theatre has been shaped, strengthened, and sustained by the generosity of artists, audiences and donors who believe in the importance of Black storytelling.

This campaign will fuel daily operations at Obsidian and provide new play development and training opportunities for emerging Black artists. It also allows us to grow the Obsidian team, ensuring we can continue showing up for our community with greater ambition.
